Hotbonar Sinaga is an expert in the Non-Bank Financial Industry. He currently serves as a Member of Audit Committee Financial Services Authority (FSA). Previously, he has professional experiences such as CEO at PT Jamsostek, President Director of PT Social Security; Independent Commissioners in various insurance companies – Sinar Mas Insurance, LG Insurance, Eka Life Insurance, Mega Life Insurance, Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk and  President Director of PT Asuransi self-reliance. He is also a former Chairman of the Indonesian Insurance Council.
