Fadjar is the technical advisor of CRMS Indonesia. Previously he worked at PT Astra International as a Manager of Risk Advisory Department and a Manager of Internal Audit Department.

His experiences on end to end implementation of Risk Management in various industries for the past fifteen years lead him into an expert in utilizing Risk Management standards. He is also an independent consultant for risk management who helps many organizations in Indonesia to establish and run their risk management effectively.

Fadjar has a colorful background – spending some years in United States – as a practitioner in business management and information technology. He graduated from Satya Wacana University in economic management, and holds a professional designation as ERMCP (Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional) from ERMA (Enterprise Risk Management Academy).
